The staff here should be commended. Service to customers has improved since our stays here 2-4 years ago so kudos to them for visibly treating their customers well. The front desk staff were all pleasant, helpful & accommodating. Would like to specifically praise Adrienne & Justin at the lobby bar/restaurant for their help, recommendations and friendly banter while eating at the bar. Went above & beyond. Alex, their auto valet, was responsive, took initiative during our encounter with him on check-out. No complaints from me!!!!

Stay away. Our room was dirty on arrival, and the “replacement” room was being cleaned while we were trying to check in three hours past normal check-in time. The pool was disgusting, towels were strewn everywhere, staff yelled at guests, and kids were screaming in the hallways. Completely unprofessional and not worth your money

This hotel was awesome! It is clean, parking is great and budget priced. Pet friendly, again with affordable pet fees. They have the friendliest staff you could imagine - helpful gracious and patient. The bar is fun and the food is great! I can't say enough good things about this hotel - book early and stay often!
