We booked through Travelocity, so the hotel had no way of knowing that we had a pet with us. Not a huge deal, as they just put us in a different room than they planned to. BUT, the new room had two spots of FRESH blood on the floor when we walked in the door. Gross! Thankfully, the hotel promptly gave us a new room, BUT the new room reeked of cigarettes and it's a non-smoking hotel! Also, Travelocity's online booking said the room slept 5 and showed a couch in the pic. This hotel said they don't have any rooms with couches and had no way to accommodate 5 people. Alas, my toddler slept between us in a double bed. What was already going to be a rough night was made worse when the fire alarms went off for almost a half hour around 4am. Power was out, so no A/C either and it got hot FAST! No one even bothered to come down our hallway and let us know what was going on or whether or not we needed to evacuate. The two staff members (at check in and check out) were super nice and the linens in the room were clean.

The property needs a uplift, floors Are dirty and cracking, caulking needs replacing. The property really needs to be updated

The property advertises a shuttle to the airport but it is not readily available and even when they say they’re sending it it takes at least 45 minutes. Ended up having to take a cab which was $10!

The mattresses were awful. There was huge dip in the middle of the bed. I could not sleep and my back hurt the next morning. Honestly the worst hotel mattress I have ever encountered. This is the most important part of a hotel. They need to replace them.
