Front desk staff was friendly. However, at 8:30 on Sunday morning, housekeeping was banging on doors, hollering "housekeeping", then opening rooms if no one responded after 2 times. Then she told us she just wanted to make sure we didn't need anything. I saw her open the room across the hall and the guests were still in there. This was not appropriate. Also, TV only had 1 channel; bathroom and bedroom were large but space for bathroom sink was tucked in a tight corner and hard to get to.

Checked in and checked right out

Got in late, around 10:30pm only to find the hotel quite dingy looking. Low ceilings, claustrophobic feeling.We decided to bear the evening as it was already late. Turned on the TV, signal came in then went out on all channels. When the front desk told us they couldn't resolve it, we left.

Close to the Airport

Pros: Close to the Airport
Location: 15 min to downtown, we took lyft/uber so that we didn't have to drive (and drink)
This hotel is close to the airport and has shuttle service. Nice rooms and very friendly staff!

Nice hotel close to the airport

The Hilton Garden Inn was clean, easily accessible. Had a pool, gym, and outdoor patio. Live music on Tues and Thurs evenings. The staff was helpful and very friendly. There's a host of great restaurants in the area and it's located just minutes from the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall. I didn't want to leave

Decent

Pros: Location to the airport, nice overall lobby ambiance, keurig in the room, nice soaps
Cons: Room ambiance...felt dirty/damp.
Location: The airport..not too much else
I was only here briefly before my early flight. It was extremely convenient. The ambiance of the hotel was great! Clean lobby with water and light refreshments. The cafe had serpveral diners, and was welcoming, overall. My room was fine, for my purposes. If I had been there longer than a night, though, I would say that it was dreary and damp. The carpet felt dingy and damp as well, which was a major turn off. Again, for the price and the convenience of location to the airport, I cannot complain.

The Shuttle picked us up from the airport with no problems

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
After our flight was delayed we just wanted to get to the hotel and they picked us up quickly and had our room ready. We loved the beds and the pool area was nice and relaxing. We would stay again. The only thing we would have liked was a free breakfast included.

The staff was great and the place is clean.

Cons: Nothing close, Poor breakfast
I would go back for a short stay. It could do better with the breakfast. I thought it was expensive. Similar hotels had free breakfast. The staff was the best that I have ever seen. The pool was ice cold but clean.

We'd highly recommend this hotel

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Staff was very friendly and the cookies each evening were delicious. We were close enough to Opryland that it only took a few minutes to get there. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others.
