Easy walk to Printers Alley and Broadway

The property manager was wonderful and accommodating. The property was clean and there were treats available when we arrived. The stairs to the third floor will be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. For others, it will be an added benefit of doing your stairs workout. Great breakfast and coffee spots nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location. Cool Condo

The unit was very cool and comfortable. Very well appointed. Loved the water dispenser on fridge. Cool bath tubs and showers.The entrance to the location is subdued. Basically a door way next to a subway. And then it was a long flight to get up the 2 floors. But once inside it was perfect..The unit is located close to broadway and all the main downtown attractions. Short walks each day and night.Hosts were outstanding with their communication and flexibility.

Just for fun

Place was great! Perfect location just far enough from busy but not too far. The stairs!! Haha what a workout. Would have liked a dresser or a place to hang things in bedroom closest to kitchen. Or even a place to hang things in one of spare clclosets

Awesome place….perfect location!

What an amazing time in Nashville! We booked with what knowledge we had of the area and this was the perfect place. The location was spot on and easy to get around. Just be prepared for steps! We’re looking forward to returning! Awesome communication with the property managers!

Couple blocks from the primary party spots/restauarants/etc on Broadway. Be ready to put endure the steps, and the traffic noises around.

Good but not great

This place was in a good location and it was clean. The only negative thing I have to say is I booked this trip for for my wife and friends. We took the master room and gave the spare room to the other couple and I felt guilty doing that because the spare room has no tv no dresser no closet. So they had no where to put the suitcase or anywhere to unpack. I mean in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t really matter just sucked for them.

Great 2 Bed/2 Bath - a lot of stairs

I would have rated this a 5+ had it not been for all the stairs. 4 adults carrying heavy luggage and cases of water up 30+ stairs daily was a little much. Now - that being said, it was a fantastic vrbo - great master bath! Kitchen was well equipped and very clean, and the stairs certainly didn't hurt us, but after a few long nights and concert at Nissan it wasn't our favorite part of coming "home". Highly recommend, just ensure that your entire party is mobile and capable to go up/down several flights of stairs.

Outstanding

Great place. The apartment was very clean and beautiful, exactly as advertised. The locations is perfect. You're close to so many places, we found we could walk to many and Uber to others at a very reasonable price. The check-in process was a breeze. Response from our host to questions was very quick. Yes, there are only stairs but they didn't mar our stay. Overall, excellent choice for staying in Nashville.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment in the perfect location. The stairs are a hike but not problem for our group of 6. Since we did not all do the same things all the time, it was great that everyone could just come and go as they pleased. Everything was within walking distance of 10 minutes or less. It was easy to walk to dinner, entertainments and museums, no car needed once parked. The communication and instructions provided by the property management company was excellent. They made themselves available 24hrs and it was good to know that they would be there if we needed them. We would book again in a heartbeat when our travels take us back to Nashville. Thanks for a great stay!

Great loft and location

The stairs are no joke, but the condo is perfect for staying in downtown Nashville! The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Short walk to Broadway and many attractions.
