The place and staff was above what I expected. Shawne was above friendly and pleasant. the lobby, breakfast, and halls were nice, recently updated. The rooms were roomy for 2 of us and our dog. The fixtures in the rooms seemed to be the of minimum value; tables, dresser, microwave stand but worked. The TV reception was not great as it was fuzzy. But all good!!!

Rooms were clean but could be updated. Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. A few places near the hotel looked a little rough but we had no issues. Price was great and being a little away from downtown Nashville was nice to avoid higher rates. Dryer didn't dry my clothes so I wouldn't use the laundry here but would stay again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. We were looking for a place near but not right in Nashville and this was a good choice. The king suite was spacious, with a really nicely furnished kitchenette, separate from the sleeping area. Plenty of breakfast options. A nice travel stop.

We were just passing through from our Christmas in Florida so stopped just for an overnight bed. We rely on cleanliness, Wi-Fi access, a tv to watch, and a solid breakfast in the morning before we continue our journey home. While the room was pretty clean, the Wi-Fi did not work at all and the tv was like it was from the 80s with a grainy picture on every channel and only 10 channels at best. We went to the front desk to ask about Wi-Fi and were told "the hotel is pretty full tonight so it will be slow because of that." Really?? I didn't work at all! Shouldn't your Wi-Fi run as if you are full every night?? Pretty terrible service when you promise Wi-Fi. Plus, our door was so bent that you could actually see out into the hallway through the side of our door despite being locked. The breakfast was mediocre at best with rubbery eggs and sausage. We make this trip often so we won't stay here again and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. We all pay way too much money for a simple overnight stay to have this type of disappointment.

Our tub was dirty. It looked like it wasn’t washed the front desk lady seemed a little confused and overwhelmed. The cable was horrible and there was no seating in the smoking area outside so you basically had to sit in your car. And the breakfast attendant was rude as hell and she was running late when opening the breakfast on Saturday.

Room smelled musty-mold. Bought spray that covered it. The rooms appear to have been updated. Could use a larger television. Low water pressure in bathroom sink and shower. Breakfast was advertised with sausage links which were not available. Eggs appear to be powdered eggs. Friendly staff and good location with access to Nashville.
