I was stranded during the blizzard for five days and pretty much lived at the hotel. It was a decent price and everyone on the staff was incredible. Big thanks to Ron and Gloria at the front desk. They were always helpful and smiling and made my stay extremely pleasant. The food was very good, the room was clean and comfortable and the pool was a relaxing escape from the storm Going on outside.

Ran out of hot water taking a shower. Bathroom sink needs new aerator, sprays all over you. Exercise equipment inoperable. Table top in dining room was lose and fell on a little boy. This hotel is in need of maintenance.

How did this property rate 8 stars?! I strongly do not recommend this property! Worst and strangest check-in experience I have ever had at a hotel: The desk agent gave us a room key, and told us to “go to room and check” if it had been cleaned and “come back” if it hadn’t. It had not been cleaned, and we didn’t get into a “clean” room until almost 5 pm (check in is supposed to be 2 pm). This property is not well maintained - flickering lights in public areas, broken glass in the pool area, equipment in “gym” covered with bed sheets and most was not plugged in or was broken. The shower was mildewed and cracked, and the faucet was not attached to the wall. The sheets were scratchy, and the pillows were all just lumps of clumped material. At breakfast. Two of the tables were missing their table tops.

I was a walk up without a reservation for my travel. The young lady at the front desk that evening was very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I recommend this hotel highly and I will stay again

Room was good, hot water for shower didn't last very long. Drywall, paint peeling behind the bathroom door. Vent didn't work so had to keep bathroom door open to keep the steam out. Heated pool was good, could have been warmer
