This HGTV-featured designer home, built in 1901, is a Victorian Craftsman revitalized beyond her former glories. Fully renovated, this spacious historic home boasts 4 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, making it an entertainer’s dream home.

Featured in many interior decorator magazines, this spacious and elegant home boasts 4 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The sleeping arrangements include two king beds and two queen beds, providing ample space for relaxation.

Each ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower, and one features a convenient bathtub and shower combo. The primary bathroom stands out with its large, two-headed side-by-side shower with a bench, offering a spa-like experience.

For those who need to stay connected or work remotely, the home offers three desks upstairs with access to Xfinity fiber internet. Entertainment is at your fingertips with two large televisions (60+ inches) in the living area and primary bedroom.

I would give this house a 10 star rating if I could! We took a girls trip to Nashville from California, and we were so excited that we stumbled upon Beauty on Beech! Once we saw it online we booked immediately. We all had our own rooms and plenty of space, from gathering in the kitchen, to drinking coffee on the cute porch. This house was extremely clean. That’s what we loved about it the most. Every room had its own bathroom, which gave you your own privacy. It was perfect!!! It’s well taken care of and all the farmhouse chic decor was the cherry on top! It’s a quick 5-10 min drive to downtown which was far enough away to stay out of the business of Broadway. We walked over to 12th Ave S to eat and shop on that cute little street. The location of this home was perfect!! Communications with the host were quick and easy. They responded very promptly. I highly recommend this house and will stay there again when we go back to Nashville!
