Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Slept 10 adults perfectly
Perfect size home for out of town guests for my daughter’s wedding. All the rooms were very spacious. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Accommodated 10 adults perfectly!!! Located in a very quiet upscale neighborhood, nice shaded back yard! Enjoyed sitting out back on the deck.

We recently stayed for a family wedding in Murfreesboro. The house and neighborhood were perfect. The space was great for our group with 5 bedrooms. The yard an outside deck were also nice for morning coffee and evenings after dinner. If we visit Murfreesboro again, we would definitely stay again!

First, let me tell you that we had a huge issue with our booking after cancelling was not possible and Jeffrey worked with us so kindly. We’re very appreciative. The house itself is older but updated. It’s got nice modern amenities but some of the old house charms still. It has a great fenced yard for the kids to play in while you relax on the deck. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely. Kitchen is great. Large pantry for storing food with lots of tools and pans. If you’re planning on cooking there, the only cooking ingredients that were provided were a small set of salt and pepper. There is a Keurig with a variety of coffee pods. The town of Murfreesboro was so sweet. We highly recommend Puckett’s and Joe and Dough. We loved walking around town and seeing all the shops, too.
