To be clear the units are not side to side, the are across from on another via a parking courtyard, not the end of the world but the listing is misleading. The real negative was the communication and check in progress. Was told we could check in early only to be told we couldn't hours before we were set to arrive only to then be told after we did arrive and make other arrangements that they could accommodate us. This was stressful and purely rooted in no communication by the host. The host is a third party which means they always have to get back to you and can not solution items in real time. Once checked in the host was good to follow up, the townhouses are nice, good amount of space. The neighborhood is up and coming (abandoned house next door, homeless, etc.). Overall the stay once we got in was okay but the check in process and pre trip communication was horrible. Be prepared to Uber during your stay everywhere.
