A short walk takes you by the twin Wesquage Ponds onto Bonnet Shores Beach, with great views of the Jamestown light house and the Atlantic ocean. You will be minutes from Newport, Jamestown and all the South County attractions. The water view from a wrap around deck is picturesque. This home is spacious and offers two large family rooms and a game area with a ping pong table, fooseball table and multiple games, a teenagers delight. It offers a palatial master suite with a private bath and a large walk in closet. It is a accompanied by a fully applianced and well supplied kitchen and a separate full laundry room. It also has a beautiful large yard for games such as volley ball etc.. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water supply. There is an outdoor shed to store golf clubs and beach toys etc.. Ample off street parking.
Available for the URI academic year or for summer rental. Linens and towels required

Lovely neighborhood in Bonnet Shores

The house and property was a great fit for our family, however we were very disappointed in the lack of supplies left for us. Our host did bring us some cookie sheets and garbage bags though paper towels, bath tissue and bath soap was up to us to replenish. Spices included steak seasoning. Salt and pepper were not to be found. I’ve learned a lesson to not take anything for granted

We have started a tradition of summer vacation in RI with grandkids from maryland. They got here earlier than check in, asked if we could get in earlier and it was no problem House was perfect 3 floors..exactlyas decided....kids played ping pong every night..cooked on grill, kids played in huge yard Kelley beach was great no crowds.. Great week 💛

HUGE with plenty of room for eveyone

This house was amazing. HUGE is the best word to describe this rental. The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were all very large. Location was great with plenty to do in the area. Tony and Nancy were great host. They live in the area and their passion to share their knowledge was very helpful. Me and my large family will definitely be looking to return to this wonderful area and hopefully this exact property.

Fun Times at the Beach House

We had a great time. We missed one day due to a tropical storm, but Tony was very helpful as we waited for the electric to come back. And overall we had great communication during the trip. The rest of the week was great weather. We visited a few different beaches. Kelly beach which is a short bike ride away is a great private beach. We also enjoyed our time at the house and the foosball table. Hope to be back someday.

Positive reviews are accurate

This property suited our family (5 adults and 5 children aged 4-13) very well. Online photos were accurate and the owners made themselves easily available for phone conversations to answer additional questions. They are very pleasant people with a lot of experience in hosting vacationers. The house was well equipped but required that we bring our own linens. That was unfamiliar to us but not a problem. The home's atmosphere was relaxed with furniture on the older side but clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Kelly Beach and a 15 minute drive to the town beach which has perfect waves for the kids in our group. We would definitely return in the future.

Family home

Great home and yard for kids. Perfect for multigenerational stay. From the pictures Nd description, we thought the pond was usable by kettle ones and it was not, and while the beach was within walking distance, because of lack of sidewalks or a buffer area, it was not safe to walk.

Wonderful experience!

Great property for an extended family vacation (grandparents, aunts, teen cousins and little ones as well). Anthony and Nancy were incredibly nice, when they found out we had little ones (3-6) Anthony went out and bought a net for the kids for crabbing during low tide at the local beach. Also, when we had an issue with the clothes dryer (new and still under warranty) not only did they have the repair taken care of ASAP, they offered to let us dry clothes at their house. The yard was perfect for the kids to stretch their legs, the wrap around deck was perfect for relaxing (13 total), the game room downstairs kept the teens entertained, the location is really convenient and the beach was beautiful and an easy walk. I’d highly recommend for families looking for a high quality, peace of mind get away.
