You'll also be just down the street from the amazing shopping at Mercato, or wake up in the morning and walk to Second Cup for your coffee.

-Easy Checkout instructions that do NOT include you stripping beds, doing laundry, or cleaning.
-Pool heat to 80 degrees is included. If you would like the pool warmer, the service can be added for a daily rate.
-Golf cart shuttle available to the neighborhood beaches, shops, and restaurants with this house's location. There is not a golf cart included with the house rental.

Small pets will be considered. The pet rental fee of $25 per night per pet is not included in the current rate and will be added after booking. Please "contact host" to discuss.

We can't guarantee sun but Florida has the best chances of it!

The house is fully stocked with everything from a coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, wagon, etc. All you need is to pack your bags, sit back and relax...
