There were roaches. The bedding was thin - could use a better quilt, comforter, or extra blanket in the room. Loud people late at night.

That you for your review, I am sorry you had these issues. Did you report these issues to the front office as I saw no reports of any of these issues. The bedding is what is required by Motel 6 so we dont have any control over the bedding but we do have additional blankets avail by just calling the front office as well as there is a heater in each room. Unfortunately since you reviewed your stay as anonymous it make it hard to address these situations but I will look into it futther

The cleanliness of the place. I found a hair on the pillow bed. Dirty bathroom floor.

Im sorry to hear about theses issues? Our rooms are fully cleaned daily but sounds like something got missed. Did you notify the front desk of these issues? as I looked into our guest complaint book and did not see any complaints about this during your stay. In the future if when staying at any Hotel or Motel, if you find any issues with the room or cleanliness of it, you should immediately notify staff so that they could have moved you to a different room and then addressed the issue with housekeeping. I hope that the next time you visit the Napa Valley you will stay with us again so we can have another opprotunity to provide you with a great stay

This is over-priced for what it is. I understand it is Napa but too much for Motel 6. Otherwise, it was fine and the staff was very nice.

Staff & maid services were excellent. Unit was very clean. The only negative would be that the bed was quite uncomfortable.

Sets price due to name of the town

Totally overpriced for what you get. Guess because it is located in Napa. Absolutely no amenties at all. Hard, uncomfortable chairs in room. No control over A/C. Understand that this company is famous for low prices but the rates charged are very unreasonable.

Cockroaches!! Housekeeping does a great job with what they have to work with. When your room (room #110) has Cockroaches it is very difficult to feel your room is clean. I realized what the bugs were when I googled it. I got up and check out within the hour. The air conditioning is regulated at the front desk. So I would have to call to have them turn it down, it was loud, and never turned off. I would have to turn the wall heater (yes, wall heater) on to warm up the room. This was a last minute trip, not a lot of choices without breaking the bank. Upon check out I voiced my complaint to Greg at the front desk, along with the written issues. He stated I will hear from management and would "most likely" be refunded part if not my whole charges. We shall see if this happens. Also told this is not the first time this has happened. When dealing the front office staff they were always pleasant. Hopefully I will be able to update with a positive review from management.Now after reviewing others reviews on another site, maybe I should contact BBB, and Napa's Health Department. Seems Cockroaches have been an ongoing issues.

Very basic

Overpriced for what you got. Room was old and kinda beat up. No carpets, thin mattress, old sheets, no coffee maker, no shampoo. Will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 again!

Ok for price

Decent no frills hotel. Most hotels in this area tend to be rather expensive so since we were not planning on spending much time in the room we decided to book a cheaper place based on it's proximity to Yountville, where we were dining. Rooms have some updates and beds are ok, but could have used some better towels. Also, windows are very thin and the cleaning staff was very noisy which made for a bit of a rude awakening Sunday morning.
