This Room I was very dissapppointed in, bathroom was kinda grungie and the tiles are dirty, definately needs a good scrub. Beds are Comfy and the view is awesome and the Priuce was very good. However, the Pool and Hottub) which is outside were closed for the season. My opinion is the Hot Tub could be in season all year especially in the winter months.

The hotel and room had obvious wear and tear, the cooling/heating (wall system) in our room was faulty, the property needs renovation. Also one of the front desk staff members were very unpleasant, but besides that it was an ok stay.

The lobby was clean. One person checked me in and the other sat on her phone the whole time! When we came back from dinner later that night the same lady was still sitting in same place on her phone didn’t even acknowledge us coming in the door. The halls smelled like weed. It was dirty! Our room even though it’s newly renovated was nasty! The TV was a pain to get to work, the floors were gross and bathroom was not good and clean! There is so much dust behind the cabinet that the refridge is in and that door wouldnt close! The bed was the best thing about the stay it slept good! We didn’t use the pool or hot tub due to it being chilly! Parking was easy since there was not a lot of guest staying! It’s location is the only reason why I stayed here!

The room itself and the lobby was clean but everything else was gross. They gave me a full interrogation about my dog but had people smoking all sorts of stuff stinking up the elevator and hallways. Had a group of ppl outside my door at 10pm socializing and they leave the back door unlocked all night (despite having a key scan installed) everything echoed and sounded like doors were being slammed and furniture being moved all night…. Mind you it was off season and there weren’t even that many people around, Pay attention to all added fees. I have a receipt emailed when booked that had no credibility. Told them I had a dog when booking and they never told me there was a pet fee. They charged me $75 for my dog for the night and then held $150 deposit that they released on check out (so what was the point) such a mess. Never again.
