Terrible!!! Beware! Terrible place, terrible owner, terrible customer service via owner. Pictures made the unit look clean, but once we arrived there-the unit had alot of dirt and dust built up in every corner. It hadnt been deep cleaned in ages. Curtains were torn, and the torn pieces were glued to the window. Crumbs were in all the dining room chair crevices, as if someone just wiped the table down and didnt care to pick up the crumbs off the chairs. The jacuzzi tub was ridiculous. There was hair and mold inside the filter and jets, yet the owner claims that she inspected the unit and it was one of their best places they had, and that they have 4 star reviews for a reason. The probably pay people to remove their bad review, and leave a good review for them. Unfortunately the only good thing about this place was the location. Extremely upsetting when you work so hard to get a vacation, expecting to relax, only to come to a unit that hasnt been cleaned thoroughly. We ended up leaving the unit early, and when we asked the owner for a refund, she claims we were lying and we did all this just for the money, and ended our conversation with "see you in the court". I advise anyone whose read this far, not to book this place, because of the unsanitary conditions, and also because of the owners disrespect towards their guests!
