The 2-BR condo was great. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and well decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. The view was spectacular. There were 5 in my party and everyone had a great time. I will definitely stay there again.

The room looked nothing like what I booked and the beds were so uncomfortable. The toilet didn’t work the whole time we stayed there.

Great location, friendly staff, good amenities. The tiki bar wasnt open due to what appeared to be construction which was disappointing. It was difficult to find a smoking area so we had to go off the property entirely. Overall it was a nice stay.

Horrible Experience

My soon-to-be step daughter kept complaining about bug bites that she was getting. We saw a few of them but we didn’t think much of it because of the fact that we were all getting mosquito bites. It wasn’t until we checked out yesterday that we realized how severe the matter was and the fact that these are not just mosquito bites, they are in fact BEDBUG bites. Upon checking out we spoke with the general manager whose name was Jennifer. She informed us that she would be contacting an exterminator and if there was a confirmed case of bedbugs in our room she would reimburse us 30% of our stay. When we called later on to inquire about the situation she DID CONFIRM that the room was INFESTED with BEDBUGSs and told us that she was going to send us an email with the information including our 30% discount. We still have not received the email. I’m sorry but this is just UNACCEPTABLE to me! Our daughter is covered in bedbugs bite as you can see from the photos attached. We have to take her to the doctors to get medication because the itching is horrible and she is really going through tough time with it. This is supposed to be a family oriented resort but we Really had a horrible experience And the fact that the resort feels a 30% reimbursement on one of the condos that we rented is an acceptable remedy to the situation is just a slap in the face to us. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone!

Overall it was ok, with the exception of not having a working phone and no blankets or bedspread on the beds.

Hello Jewel, I am wondering what room number you stayed in to see if it was one of our Vacation Condos managed units or an owner managed unit. Either way thank you for the feed back!

Beware

Each unite is furnished by the unit owner. Therefore the rooms have no standard. Our room had electrical laying in floor. Furnishings were sale items from salvage store. Mattress had no shape, like a large stuffed bag. Caulking in bath and kitchen look like a child with play dough did it. Heard every footstep and chair move in room over head. What ever your rooms cost, add 50 dollars resort fee.
