This unit was extremely dirty. There was mold on the walls near the vents, green residue splattered on the doors and walls, floors dirty and sticky, breaker broken in the master bedroom, mold in master showers, etc. This unit needs a complete deep clean and touch up!

The outside of the property is clean but the rooms may be questionable and dirty. They may even check you into a room that’s being occupied by a unknown guest. Or they can check you into a room that hadn’t been fully cleaned and dishes in the dishwasher with an odor

Table, counter and dressers weren't cleaned, furniture single arm chair was sunken in... balcony smell like mildew...wallpaper was pealing in the master bathroom. The walls need painted...other than that great great "space".

Do not stay in this resort. My family and I stayed at the resort for 2 days and by the time we left we had bug bites all over our legs. The dishes were not clean and neither was the shower. When I called and spoke with the front desk they kept me on hold for 30 minutes and did nothing to fix the problem !!!!

The property was in a good location, close to restaurants and beach. The unit we stayed in needed some updating.For example, the carpet areas were very soiled, the walls needed painting, and the DVR didn’t work. It would also have been nice if they would have had more than 1 set of towels in the unit. I didn’t come on vacation to do laundry. Also the unit assigned to us was not the unit we were given a key to. It should have been unit A & C and when we went to the rental office to let the agent know our key didn’t work she told us that the cleaning person didn’t open the correct side to the unit so she just gave us a key to the B side that by the way didn’t work. Anyway, I would stay at the property again but not this unit!
