Do not stay in this resort. My family and I stayed at the resort for 2 days and by the time we left we had bug bites all over our legs. The dishes were not clean and neither was the shower. When I called and spoke with the front desk they kept me on hold for 30 minutes and did nothing to fix the problem !!!!

The property was in a good location, close to restaurants and beach. The unit we stayed in needed some updating.For example, the carpet areas were very soiled, the walls needed painting, and the DVR didn’t work. It would also have been nice if they would have had more than 1 set of towels in the unit. I didn’t come on vacation to do laundry. Also the unit assigned to us was not the unit we were given a key to. It should have been unit A & C and when we went to the rental office to let the agent know our key didn’t work she told us that the cleaning person didn’t open the correct side to the unit so she just gave us a key to the B side that by the way didn’t work. Anyway, I would stay at the property again but not this unit!

Our 4 bedroom Condo was fantastic. The whole place was very comfortable and clean. Elevators are fast. Swimming pool was huge and clean.

The hardest beds in the world we will never go back there. We were put in a condo in River Crossing which looks like any apartment complex from Northern Virginia. We found quite a few things from the previous tenant. The screws were coming out of the door hinges. Rather than one large bed in the master bedroom it was two twin beds with a large fitted sheet over them and something stuffed in the crack to make it look like one bed. There was a sofa bed but it wasn't usable and uncomfortable to sit on. It was impossible to get the rental office to answer the phone after 3:00 PM. On the upside they did have a nice little pool but nothing like the ones in the photographs and we were no where near that area shown in the photos. It did have a nice kitchen but bring your own cookware. I think the room was built, bought, decorated, and has been sitting there unchanged since day one its starting to feel its age and wear and tear.

On the 1st day our TV remotes were not working and the light in the wash room did not work the whole week even after reporting it to the desk two times the whole week, 2nd day we couldn't use the pool because we didn't know we needed pool passed. 3rd day we received a pool pass from the office that didn't work and never worked the whole week. We were told to use a different pool 2 miles away at the tower hotel which we never did it was to far away. Very disgusted
