The room was not clean when we arrived. The dust was visible and the floors were dirty. The furniture had significant scars and scratches and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. One morning we had no hot water. I called the desk four times and a person would answer and then hang up. It's a hike over to the parking building. We parked on level 2 1/2 and had to walk up from level 2 because the elevators didn't stop on the 1/2 floors. The room had a nice view of the ocean but other wise this is an older neglected property that is in desperate need of a reno. Definitely not Hilton Standard. I would look elsewhere.

The room was very spacious and nice. The view was amazing. We loved the full kitchen with all the items needed to cook with. The staff was amazing. The truck arrived in a timely manner everytime we called for valet.
