A Place at the Beach II 1k June, 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall an enjoyable visit, although the unit could use some updating. The over oven microwave is broken so a countertop unit is in place but that takes away the little prep space that existed. Bug houses on the counter were a bit off putting. Bedroom carpet was stained. The TV service was really lacking, we couldn't even access all major networks. Minor issues, but they start to add up. I would recommend to a friend with the above caveats.

We called realty company and spoke with a man who said they would come take photos of room. No one ever called us back or showed up to take photos.

Lovely stay for a lovely vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in other condos in this building before because we love the location. This one was perfect and met our needs well. It was clean and felt cozy and comfortable. It was decorated nicely and felt inviting. The location is perfect. My only complaint is a lack of countertop space for cooking. I had to get REALLY creative to try and figure out how to cook a nice meal without much countertop space. The condo also didn't have a can opener (despite having 4 wine bottle openers), and that surprised me and made cooking a bit more challenging until I could go buy one. Overall though, that was small potatoes in the grand scheme of the lovely time we had there. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

enjoyable stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very good experience, the unit was very clean when we arrived and as advertised. We enjoyed the pool facing unit and convenience to the beach walkway leading to a quiet beach, along with ample parking. The only little issue was the toilet in the smaller bathroom would "run" on a random basis and woke us up multiple times at night till we got used to it. Also, we didn't use the pool but it clearly would benefit from more frequent water condition testing and maintenance.

Weather was perfect, pool was amazing, proximity to beach was great. We have stayed in various units in the complex, this unit is not at the top of our list. Well stocked kitchen, clean unit. Master bed is worn, and mattress collapses to middle. Also seemed smaller than the advertised queen. Couch was comfortable, but sits very low to the floor. Chairs were worn, also sits low to floor, and cushions seemed to sink into the frame. Beds in 2nd bedroom were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, but need updated and some minor repairs. I love this complex, but this unit needs some updates.

Condo was clean, kitchen was okay with only minimal supplies, master bed could be tightened so bed doesn't shift when one moves, overall nice condo. We'll be back to A Place at the Beach!
