A carefully decorated penthouse that has all the ingredients to spend a few days of dreams.... located on the second floor of a recently built building ... it has a modern decoration, where simplicity defines each of the rooms, with a very cozy living room and a charming fully equipped kitchen with appliances, coffee maker, oven, washing machine, iron , complete kitchenware
It has a bedroom with a full bathroom, a hairdryer and a comfortable bathtub where you can enjoy a relaxing and pleasant bath.
Clean bedding and towels are provided.
Definitely a very charming penthouse.

Great for a couple. Clean and airy. Great location
The host picked us up from Aviles and showed us around. It is about a 40 min drive from Aviles, but we caught a train into Aviles for a day. Great location- on the train line but very quiet as only a few trains a day. 2 km from beach. some great hikes around the headland to San Esteban.

Fenomenal.
Mercedes es encantadora y se preocupa mucho por sus inquilinos. El atico esta limpio y es muy acogedor. Es comodo y se han cuidado mucho los detalles. Está situado cerca de cudillero y muy cerca está la playa de aguilar que es espectacular. Ahora ya tiene wifi y tambien un gran ventilador que va fenomenal. La cama es bajita pero muy cómoda. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Lo recomiendo para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Appartement très agréable. Un petit bijou.
Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l'appartement de Mercedes. Nous nous y sommes bien plu. C'était très calme. L'appartement est propre et très agréable. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mercedes, très ponctuelle et qui nous a indiqué une bonne adresse de restaurant situé un peu plus loin que la plage d'Aguilera.

Apartamento muy comodo y completo. Puesto con mucho gusto y detalle. No para personas con movilidad reducida al no tener ascensor. Fácil de acceder desde autopista. Playa no lejana pero precisa automóvil. Muy bien situado, se pueden hacer muchas excursiones por los alrededores. La propietaria, Mercedes, muy agradable y siempre atenta a cualquier problema. En resumen, muy recomendable. Volveremos.

Lo recomiendo
El piso está muy bien, cuidado y limpio. La dueña es muy amable. Está justo a la entrada de Muros y muy bien comunicado con los alrededores (San Esteban a 5 minutos, Cudillero a 10, Avilés a 20). La casa tiene detrás la vía del tren pero no molesta para nada, tiene un supermercado a 5 minutos andando y playa a 2 km, se puede ir andando aunque el camino es por monte y a la vuelta se hace un poco pesado. Esta playa es punto de partida de la Senda Costera de los Miradores, muy recomendable con unas vistas preciosas. El pueblo es tranquilo y en el piso se está muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario. Teníamos algo de reserva por estar la cama tan baja pero se descansa perfectamente. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Altamente recomendable
Mi mujer y yo hemos pasado una magnífica semana de vacaciones en Asturias y la elección de este alojamiento ha ayudado bastante. Ático perfectamente ubicado, a la entrada de Muros de Nalón, casi a pie de la Autovía del Cantábrico, un lugar perfecto como punto de partida para conocer toda la costa occidental de Asturias y la zona interior central del Principado; está a menos de media hora, como mucho, de los puntos más interesantes (a 5 minutos de Cudillero, a 15 minutos de Avilés, a 35 minutos de Gijón y Oviedo, a 10 minutos de Pravia, a 25 minutos de Grado, a 35 minutos del Parque de Somiedo, etc). Ideal para pareja sin niños; zona muy tranquila, con fácil estacionamiento en la puerta y en edificio que parece muy nuevo. Reitero lo de la tranquilidad: cero ruido, incluso con las ventanas abiertas... El apartamento está bastante limpio y, como dice el anuncio, es realmente chic: con decoración sencilla y funcional pero muy bonito y con muy buen gusto. Es más apartamento que estudio, en el sentido de que habitación, salón y cocina son habitaciones independientes (se agradece). La cama es tipo futón, pero resultó ser bastante cómoda. El ático es abuhardillado a dos aguas lo que le da un aire aún más coqueto, pero hay que tener cuidado porque puede caer algún "cabezazo". Bien equipado, buen baño con bañera y no sólo ducha, climatizado... el único "pero" es que no tiene Wi-Fi (nosotros llevábamos una buena conexión en el portátil y no nos hizo falta, pero es algo que casi todo el mundo demanda en este tipo de alojamientos), no obstante, la propietaria ya nos dijo que lo iba a solucionar... Por cierto, Mercedes, la propietaria, es absolutamente encantadora, bastante simpática, amable y muy dispuesta. Contactó varias veces por whatsapp para comprobar si estábamos bien o si nos faltaba algo... no hizo falta, pero es un gustazo tratar con caseros así.
