"I've stayed here off and on for over fifty years now. Both I and the facility have aged. But we both have kept clean and tidy, and have kept up most of the routine maintenance. They have decent coffee in the morning, but nothing in the way of a fresh breakfast. There are great coffee houses in town, so that's not really an issue - for me! I was a bit put off about the bed - the fitted sheet in our room was too small to stay on the mattress and we both ended up sleeping on the partly bare mattress by the time we woke up! We were not materially damaged by this, it was just a bit annoying! The main attraction is the bay, of course, and for many years this was the only property on the water. In spite of new locations just down the road, for me it will continue to the the only place on the bay."
