Hotel is really in pathetic state and not clean , rooms are really in bad shape and they did not take care about any stuff including toilets and bedsheets

Extremely poor - Will never stay here again.

First things - it took an aweful lot of time to get me checked in eventhough I had booked and paid online. No one should have to wait an hour when the booking has been done online and few days prior.This was a non ac room so I shouldnt be complaining about the heat but definitely will about the mosquitoes. There were tons of them and made everything miserable. The room itself was clean but not the walls. They need a paint job badly. The bed was just fine and the room had a tiny TV. I don't understand if a TV was really necessary. The corridors were also kept unclean and the surroundings are not that great as well. If you want to spend your night with mosquitoes do go for it , else stay away.

Beware!!! Misleading location!!!

Beware!!! On Google Maps, this hotel appears to be located in Kandivili, Mumbai, but actually there is no location there. Very misleading and very disappointing.

Nice budget hotel

Comfortable distance from Actrec hospital, where i had visited. Close to juinagar and sanpada stations for reaching hotel. At least Morning tea can be served complimentary by hotel. Rates are on little higher side.
