"We rate this so called hotel as absolute ZERO. Smoke smell everywhere. Dirty rooms and low quality food. The staff and especially the manager does not understand the word hospitality. We stayed only one night instead of 4. Absolute nightmare. Don't go there."

"Staff were nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. I think the only issue is the parking because it’s off the property plus it’s public although it is only a walking distance. It doesn’t feel safe to leave your car overnight. Just my opinion anyway. Overall it is a nice, clean hotel."

"My wife and stayed for one night at the Mayflower Park Hotel in downtown Seattle on Memorial Day. This was a neat historic hotel in a very convenient location, right by the Westlake Center monorail station and in easy walking distance to the waterfront and Pike Place Market. The lobby to the hotel was beautiful and provided ample space to hang out. Our room was on the smaller side (as to be expected in such a historic building) but comfortable. We had a good night's sleep there and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this part of downtown Seattle."
