Beautiful lake shore house with an unobstructed view of the lake and direct access to the water.
It is one the closest house, with lake access, on all of Lake Shasta. See my pictures.
Mount Shasta Ski Resort is only 40 minutes away.
There is 1000 sq/ft of decking facing the water. The water is three hundred feet away when the lake is full. 2,500 sq/ft living space plus large laundry area and 400’ sq/ft of lower-level room.
Parking for 8 cars and boat trailers.
Boat launch 0.2 miles from house.

Shasta Lake is a reservoir, and the water level is control by the Federal Bureau of Land Management. Please check out the water level to ensure the lake level, for the maximum use of the lake. Winter, spring and early summer, the water level is the highest.

One master suite with a king size bed and on-suite, one bedroom with a king bed and one room with two queen beds. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom can only be accessed by the sturdy spiral staircase. See pictures.

Please generally clean up before you leave. Fold up the comforter. Please strip the bed sheets in each room but leave sheets in the bedroom. Leave towels in the bathrooms.
Please - no shoes on the hardwood floors. They become dirty and scratch very easily. Please remove all perishables from refrigerator. Garbage taken out and placed in the appropriate container.
Only use dish soap and water to clean the cook top in the kitchen. Damage: Report all significant damage by phone or text before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our second year enjoying this great property! The new tub in the master bathroom is the bomb! We brought two boats, a mule and three trucks. All was able to neatly fit around this property. Easy access to Sugarloaf Marina. House amenities work for our family. The deck is perfect for stargazing and satellite watching! Will be back next year! Thanks Adam for sharing your place at the lake with us! Great family memories created with our grandchildren!
Family dinners are rare these days but at the lake we make it a priority!

Best choice!

Our 17 year old graduated high school. She didn't really want to do a senior trip but instead opted to do a family vacation.I found this place on VRBO and booked it.The online process was easy. Communication was clear and accurate. The home was beautiful. The location to the beach was perfect.Home was equipped nicely. Everything we needed.She said this was 1000% the best choice! My suggestions for anyone renting this amazing place:1. The beach area is very rocky so bring shoes that you can get wet.2. They house has a large section of stunning real hardwood floors so they request no outside shoes. I never go barefoot so after one day I realized I needed new slippers to walk around in inside. So if you are like me bring a pair of inside only slippers !BOOK IT! YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

Wonderful stay at Adam's Lake house!

We had a fantastic time staying at this great house in a great location with great amenities. Unfortunately, we encountered some miscommunication issues with the property manager. Despite this, we would highly recommend staying here again.

Quiet Escape to Shasta

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Was perfect for our family. The deck was fabulous for just sitting and enjoying the wildlife that visited us during our stay! Grandkids loved the downstairs game room. Having the roadway in front to be able to ride their bikes was perfect. Kitchen was very easy to work in and well stocked for our needs. Beds where comfortable and everyone had their space. Plenty of room for our vehicles!

Gorgeous property and lovely hosts!

This property was gorgeous and the hosts were so lovely and great communicators. You can’t beat the location and views of the property. We spent a lot of time outside on the balcony just enjoying the water. Great for a weekend getaway!

Summertime Family Getaway

Great Location and House

Great place and location. There were some minor issues and repairs that were needed that I reported to the property manager when I left that needed attention. Things I suggest adding to the house is a larger cheese grader, rope to tie off floats so you do not drift away, and regular camp chairs because the beach chairs are so uncomfortable. There is no beach but a rocky shore line that is typical of lake Shasta. Make sure you bring shoes you can swim in. The lake is busy in the summer with lots of waves from boats. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Bring the Family

We stayed for 1 week and are already planning on booking next year. The house is great and the location is even better. Meeting Rich for the initial tour was great. Rich was welcoming and really made our stay comfortable. He walked us through the house and pointed out a few things to make our stay better. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The AC was superb which was great since it was 111 degrees when we were there. We were fortunate to have stayed when the water level was only 15ft from the top. It was great to walk down to the water after a long day of boating. The house even provided beach chairs and water toys which we used on the beach. Rich recommended Shasta Scoops which has very tasty ice cream and cold brew floats - we went multiple times during our trip. Another go to spot is Basshole Brews which has the best Chicken Sandwich ever.

We could not have picked a better house for our family get together! Location, Kitchen, Garage game room for the kids, Comfy beds, Parking, Wildlife (Deer) I could go on & on. The house was perfect & we will reserve it again. Love our Shasta!
