The sofa in the room was filty and the hotel took un artherized extra money off my card that was not supposed to be tooken off. so no i did not have a good experince

Stay here as last resort

With cancellation of all philly flights, all philadelphia hotels were booked and this was one of only a few options and was closest option. The room smelled (was a non-smoking), was run down and the bathroom was horrible. There wasn't even a roll of toilet paper or holder for one. If you have other options, stay elsewhere. Only positive was hotel staff were all great.

Bed Bugs

Stayed at the hotel due to a power outage in my area. When I went to bed I could barely sleep because I was itching. Then I noticed everywhere I was itching I had little bumps. My husband then jumped out the bed because he had bed bugs crawling on hid pillow. When we brought it to the staffs attention they were extremely rude.

Rest and move on

My husband and I are attending a local college this spring in the area so we have been staying at all the hotels. This one is good for the money, however my biggest complaint is the safety factor. It is located in the back of a parking lot and there were a lot of creepy guys looking out their doors or windows at us. If I was strickly grading this hotel on room, it was good. The room was clean, bathroom was small, but clean, tv was good, however the door did not provide a feeling of being safe. Everything worked and items were provided. I would only recommend this hotel for a quick one-night stay to save money. Otherwise, if you are a family, stay at the Red Roof Inn. It is a little more, but worth it!

Super 8 Hotel in Bellmawr, NJ

The Super 8 in Bellmawr isn't too far from the Philadelphia International Airport, but it can be initimidating to get to it since you're crossing bridges and entering a different state to get to it. There is a strip of restaurants along the road near the hotel which is nice. There are two diners along that strip; the one closer to the highway was superb. The hotel itself was fine; it was clean but no longer looks or feels new. The desk helpers were neither friendly nor mean. The continential breakfast left much to be desired but what does one expect with such cheap rates? If you're looking for a cheap but clean hotel just to crash in, then this is the place.

Beware This Location

Travel plans placed me somewhere in the vicinity of the subject location while driving theJersey Tpk. I chose Super8 due to multiple locations on the Tpk with the expectation of being able to move the reservation to a another location depeding on traffic and fatigue. The Bellmawr location refused to move my reservation stating that the were an independent franchise and I was subject to cancellation as they would not recognize other frachises. Super8 customer care called on my behalf and were also refused consideration by the reception and site manager. I was dutifully charged for the un-used night's stay. Beware this location and the limited influence Super8 is able to exert over its franchises. I expected much more but customer care seemed powerless to help me despite best intentions. NEVER AGAIN! Please support good business practices by avoiding this location.
