Excellent amenities (free bottle of wine, wine glasses, $20 coupon for restaurant, robes and much more)! Outside areas need better cleaning (a wipe down of table & chairs would be great! Staff were helpful and friendly. We love Morro Bay and this place made it even better.

everything went really well. The foods get there. The staff is very friendly and helpful and courteous. We’ve been there several times and we enjoy it. We really do everything’s walking distance and they give you good advice on where to go where to shop it’s really nice. I had a great time. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We will be joining more stays there in the future.

We came for my husband’s birthday and at first I was a little nervous it was because it was so hard to find parking but after a couple circles around the lot we found a spot. Tv was difficult to operate and the bathroom door was off the tracks so it didn't close all the way. These weren’t deal breakers for us tho as we really just wanted to be walking around looking at stuff. The man who helped us check in and out was absolutely amazing, he walked us all the way to the parking lot across the street, and helped us load all of our luggage onto a cart. The free wine and chocolates were also a huge bonus! Would definitely stay here again

Amazing visit to the Inn at Rose's Landing. What wonderful staff everyone was awesome - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly! The rooms were so clean and spotless! Amenities were unexpected and welcomed: Sauna, Cold Plunge, Candy Store, Gift Shop, Ocean Front Restaurant and Bar All in One Location... we could walk from the ocean to our room in seconds! We will gladly be visiting again
