Pamper yourself in this luxury 2017 Solitude by Grand Design recreational vehicles. This luxury RV is permanently set up on site 55 in a private and gated community known as Waterside at Blue Ridge, Blue Ridge's newest premier tiny home and RV community. All paved access and less than a mile from Hwy 515. A perfect location which puts you close to everything Blue Ridge and the surrounding areas have to offer. The owner (an Interior Designer) offers this luxury RV for your solitude and relaxation. Trust in knowing that with his expertise in comfort and visual appeal this RV is done right. Directly outside of the RV you can lounge in your private gazebo (added March 2022), with covered dining, upscale decor and mood lighting. A perfect place to enjoy your meal cooked on the charcoal grill located at the back of the gazebo. In the evenings enjoy your own private firepit with seating, also located at the back of the gazebo. Inside you will find one bedroom with a king size bed with crisp 100% organic cottonseed sheets and a wall mounted TV. The bathroom has a full-size shower and vessel sink with thick and fluffy towels. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a convection microwave, a combination Keurig coffee pot capable of traditional drip brewing or K-cups, a three-burner gas stove, a gas oven and a double stainless-steel sink. The indoor dining area off the kitchen seats four. In the living room you can lounge in one of two comfy loveseats or take a well-deserved nap in the reclining theatre seats. The electric fireplace and large screen TV in the living room will certainly help you unwind and enjoy your stay.... perhaps watch a movie from the large DVD collection. Bring popcorn! Also....a mini "google home" are located in the dining room and bedroom. Just ask "Hey google, what's the forecast today?" get music, temperatures, phone numbers and more, simply say "hey google...…" and then ask your question. Also please feel free to inquire about special occasion packages that are set up prior to your arrival. Flowers, Charcuterie boards, cakes, pastries and balloons are available at an extra charge. All the amenities within Waterside at Blue Ridge are at your disposal. Amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, (the pool is closed from October to May) a 12 person shared hot tub which is open year-round, a public outdoor clubhouse with seating and a TV. Check out the outdoor pizza oven at the pavilion and create your own homemade pizza. There are three upscale showers in both the ladies and men's public restrooms as well as laundry facilities. Located off the public clubhouse you can lounge on the open deck overlooking the pond which is at the center of this community. Fishing is permitted in the pond although it is catch and release. A short walk within the community you will find a rushing creek which is a stone's throw from the community playground. Bring a blanket and picnic basket and enjoy a picnic while listening to the rushing water. Or perhaps meet new friends at one of the public outdoor firepits or join in on a game of basketball or pickle ball at the public courts. Basketballs are available for rent at the pavilion, or you are welcome to bring your own. Golf carts are also available for rent on a first come, first serve basis. While at the pavilion please check out the bulletin board for any special events that you are welcome to attend and enjoy. Should you choose to venture out and explore the area the Blue Ridge Marina, Lake Blue Ridge and downtown Blue Ridge are approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Waterside at Blue Ridge. This place is beautiful! What a cool place and great set up. It is extremely clean and has everything you need while you are there. Nice, quiet RV park and a great location. Craig, the host, is great! Very easy to communicate with. He did a wonderful job on the decor and it just has a really nice feel. Also, the area that’s built outside is amazing! Just all around a great stay and we can’t wait to make it back.

This is a superb RV. It has been a while since I stayed in a hotel where I wasn't doubtful about the cleanliness, but that was not the case here! I had full confidence in the cleanliness, and the towels, bedding, etc. were all well appointed. The outdoor deck/fire pit was delightful, the living room very comfortable, the kitchen surprisingly spacious, the RV park quiet and attractive, and communication with the owner excellent--friendly and professional. Outstanding experience.

Set the bar high for first glamping experience

Absolutely lovely accommodation. My wife and I have never been glamping and wanted to do something special for our 10 year anniversary. This was exactly what we needed. The grounds were lovely. A gated community. Quiet, lots of campers, and this one is right next to the community pool, but no noise heard within the camper!The RV itself was lovely. Beautiful outside sitting area. This place was impressively clean. Craig did an amazing job of leaving a book explaining all the ins and outs of the camper. Beautiful living room space with surround sound, lovely kitchen, clean bathroom, comfortable bedroom, great AC, I just can’t rave enough about this place. Craig was also extremely responsive. We want to be back soon! It wasn’t far from the Blue Ridge area either (12 minutes maybe). You cannot go wrong with this place!

Fabulous weekend

The camper was incredible. Lots of room and a great place to sit and chat. We loved the patio structure and sitting around the fire pit. Location and community was great. I can’t say enough about how fabulous our weekend was and having this place to stay was the icing on the cake.

Great anniversary getaway

me and my husband stayed at this VRBO location for our 16th wedding anniversary. It was spacious and perfect for the two of us. I had to reach out to the owner a few times and he responded quickly and helpful. It was a nice touch for them to have, coffee, snacks, and drinks available for us . I would definitely recommend this location.

Great centeralized location for our north georgia mountain vacation. Everyone in the park/neighborhood were friendly and it was quiet. Great Place to Stay

The location was convenient and quiet. We never heard neighbors at all. The RV was cozy and comfortable. Even though it got below freezing outside, the RV stayed nice and warm. We had a fire in the fire pit and we were able to see Starlinks going by. It was a very enjoyable stay for us.

Excellent accommodations

The RV was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. It even had an electric fireplace and great ambiance, along with a Great little outdoor space and in a very nice community. It was close to everything, blue ridge marina and beach park, beautiful wineries, downtown Blue Ridge and Elijah. The host Craig was very communicative and he thought of everything that you may need on your stay. Highly recommend this little gem.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

I surprised my boyfriend with a weekend trip for his birthday! The camper was perfect! Beautifully decorated, clean and everything we needed! Not to mention the bed was so comfy! We enjoyed the atmosphere of the campground as well. Our favorite part was the covered outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. The location of the camper makes you feel secluded even though you are in a campground. So many good places to eat nearby! We loved Toccoa Riverside Restaurant and Southern Charm for dinner. We made a reservation at The Black Sheep for Sunday brunch and it was delicious! Blue Ridge will not disappoint and neither will this lovely camper!
