I still haven't received a refund for a room that I left after trying to check into for over an hour and had to change rooms 3 times and still hadn't gotten into a room that was satisfactory (non beeping smoke alarm, tv working, keys open door, etc. ). Worst experience I had ever had with a hotel!

Too many smokers in this hotel!

This hotel was very conveniently located and was easy to find.  The rooms were spacious but a bit shabby.  The free breakfast buffet was adequate and included fresh fruit.  Unfortunately, this hotel has smoking rooms.  Our non-smoking room was located on a floor with smoking rooms.  The hallway outside our room and the elevator reeked of smoke.  My kids were holding their breath everything time we had to leave or enter the room.  Hard to believe any hotels still allow guests to smoke in common areas or even in rooms!

Location and Comfort very nice.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Our daughter and family live in Jacksonville, Nc...Celebrating our Wonderful Granson's FIRST BIRTHDAY... so this was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and yes we had a Smoking room which is so unusual these days, but being smoker's we were so surprised that the room did not smell like it. Very clean, Staff, Housekeeping were wonderful. I recommend the Yana's Mama's to eat breakfast, the Little ole store across from Yana's to see Mrs.Russell who is a wonderful lady and artist. Enjoyed our stay!! We will stay again.
