"Please ignore the fake, positive reviews. First the system was down when I attempted to get checked in. The room keys were given to me in a recycled key holder. Not only was it unsanitary, but cheap. Those cards are a dime a dozen. Why so cheap? Property was unkept. Got to the room, stained bedsheets. Took a pic to show the hotel clerk because I wanted my money back. The clerk tried to finesse me into getting another room. I asked her how she could guarantee that the other bedsheets were not stained? She apologized and proceeded to lie and say they were doing construction. Make it make sense. Told her again I want my money back. She tells me she spoke with her manager, he is 25 minutes away from the property and he will provide a refund. I had to ask for a receipt because she was going to let me leave without offering it. This is the second time I reserved a spot from owners originally from India. It’s almost as if they don’t care about keeping their establishments clean or what their occupants think. I left immediately and went right next door to the Sheraton hotel. Not caring how much a room for 3 nights cost. I learned my lesson. I will from now on stay away from hotels/motels owned by these people. It’s a shame because I love their food. Do better. "

"We booked two rooms prior to arriving for a late check in. Arrived at the Wyndham with children and they had gave our rooms. Extremely frustrating! Especially when we had reservations."
