Every time we went into are room it smelled like pot. We had to leave bathroom light on because that’s the only way the fan would work and close the door to have the smell go and stay away.... air conditioning froze up twice out of are 3 nights that we stayed... and no varied in their breakfast...

If I could post the pictures of the brown ceiling tiles above the toilet- I would show the world why I will not go back. I am not a picky traveler but the tiles in the bathroom were so water stained it made you wonder -- is this from the toilet upstairs? I would not use room 144. On the flip side-- staff was nice and breakfast was good,

After checking into the room I found the air conditioner wasn’t working and it was quite warm inside and out. They called in the maintenance man to fix it. He was called in for another problem with someone else’s room. It was very late at night as well. There was no available rooms to move us to so we were stuck there. He showed up and fixed the problem. The next morning the toilet was used once and then it wouldn’t flush after that. I called the front desk again and told them what was happening with the room. They sent someone to fix the problem when we were gone for the day. I was told after the air conditioner problem and when I was checking out that we would receive a discount on the room but so far that hasn’t happened! It would be nice if they actually did what they said they were going to do!

oh my gosh, it was so dirty it was unreal. The chair had stains all over it, and the tub and sink were so bad you didn't know if you wanted to even take a shower. The smell in the room was awful, we sprayed everything we could find we had, finally put a bottle of Lavender Oil in front of the fan we had ourselves to be able to smell that to sleep. Never ever again. We LOVE Wyndham, but this was worse than awful!!!, and of course there were no other hotels or motels in Montrose that night.

Really needs upgrades. The shower also scalded my son midstream. It just changed and got way too hot

All not good ,from the beginning ,we drive back home to Wisconsin from California,we need a good place to sleep but we passed away and we can’t returning back to the hotel 2 hours so we wanna stay in the next hotel close to us so we want to cancel the hotel and re booking another hotel close to us but the company don’t let us get out and keep our money......it’s not fear.

The side of the hotel that our room was on was next to a trailer park. The police were on sight upon check evicting someone. The room door looked like it had previously been kicked in. the lounge chair in the room looked disgusting and there were apparent cigarette burn holes in the comforter.
