Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, railway station "Montélimar" 45 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km.
"Les Lauriers Roses", 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and cosy furnishings: living room with TV (flat screen), CD-player, hi-fi system and fan. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and wood-burning stove. Upper floor: 1 open room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. La location a été conforme à notre attente, nous avons eu dans un rayon de 30 km nombreuses possibilités de ballades et de découverte de villages typiques de l'Ardèche. L'accueil des propriétaires est dès plus conviviale, une propreté irréprochable. P.S : Un rafraichissement (eau) au frigo aurait été apprécié après + 1 000 Km sous 35° Il serait souhaitable d'englober le coût de l'électricité dans le montant de la location. Cordialement M.
