It’s a new hotel, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only problem is that the breakfast choices were lack, no hot food.

The hotel just opened, old building with new renovations a couple months ago. While the paint and furnishings inside the rooms are new, this is the worst housekeeping team I've EVER encountered—having stayed in 18 countries and over 100 cities including rural areas where I stayed in someone's house. I had to switch the first room after an exhausting 13-hour train ride because the desk and nightstand had not been wiped off since opening. There were various grease and sticky splotches and cup rings of various sizes. The second room, which I asked be shown in advance, was covered in animal hair. The third was OK, however, I had to beg for basic things like replacement towels and shower gel. I'm not sure if some of this hostility is because I am a Black woman, but I would not stay again, it's too tiring to try and communicate for basic things you would expect, even if you were staying with a friend or family member for free.

Expérience terrible. Pas d’eau chaude dans presque tout l’immeuble, impossible de se doucher. Nous avons attendu toute la matinée, sans réparation. La réception disait que le manager arrivait, mais nous ne l’avons jamais vu, et aucune compensation n’a été proposée. Séjour très décevant. Terrible experience. No hot water in almost the whole building, so we couldn’t shower. We waited all morning, but the problem was never fixed. The front desk kept saying the manager was “on the way,” yet we never saw them, and no compensation was offered. Very disappointing stay.

Clean and comfortable. The room was very basic: no coffee maker or safe, but had a fridge, iron, shampoo etc. The check in process requiring the Hilton app was frustrating and didn’t work. The front desk staff were able to complete my check in without the app, though. I would stay again.

It’s a horizontal building and long walk from elevators. If you are travelling with elderly then it’s difficult. Be Cautious. I was lucky washroom and bed lights worked. Nothing else worked. Pressure of cold water is less and no strong suction Height restriction in basement for parking.Too many EV chargers which are charged and the one provided by hotel was 18amps should have been 30amps Breakfast was ok kudos to one old lady who does all by herself talking to guests, cleaning the table if it’s dirty and then refilling…wow Summary Toiletries are good, Rooms are clean. Needs improvement in breakfast being in midtown. Need improvement in free EV charging again in midtown Issues need to be addressed immediately not when they have time

Mostly, it is not good for quality-price. Should be at least 35% less. Thevroom is ok and fine. The breakfadt was very simpke, bagel, cereal and hard egg(only). Location is fine though. Looks like an old warehouse refurbished as an hotel. Its not that there was something wrong. Its just that, at that price, we were expecting more.
