Hotel was in a fantastic location—very easy access to the beautiful streets of Montreal as well as access to the metro. Beautiful amenities as well! Really appreciated the rooftop access. Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable which made for a more underwhelming experience.

Room clean great pool great breakfast great. Elevator from 14 floor pool didn’t work. Called front desk who put me on hold and didn’t pick up Took the stairs with my granddaughter and her friend. Sixth floor where are room was was locked. Walked down to the reception floor. Keypad didn’t work. Had to wait for security to let us out of the stairwell. 45 min to get down from the pool all in all.

Great location, walkable to main sites of Old Montreal. Hotel has a rooftop heated swimming pool which is great. An uplifting renovation might add a great deal to the hotel which itself is very nice
