1. Hotel ad suggest parking available, but its 15 min far. 2. Washroom door latch can bite your fingers 3. Room AC is too loud. 4. Breakfast options are just okay. 5. Kitchen staff was nice and cooperative 6. One of queen Bedding was too soft as if its at end of its life. I wohld suggest if one has to spend this amount to live in downtown, get something near old port.

We had a handicapped adult with us and we asked for the trash to be picked up daily, but the cleaning lady went above and beyond! Everybody were very attentive. Breakfast had a good selection for a continental breakfast. Bed was comfortable and room was amazingly distributed. The bathroom is the best one for handicapped that my family has seen so far.

This is our second time at this hotel, we had a good stay. Abacas ( my apologies, I believe is misspelled his name) is very cordial and is always welcoming. We were disappointed in the breakfast quality, it declined from our last visit. Also when asked for a coffee, the service staff said it was closed (15 mins early?!) they were busy removing food and clean up so nothing would be available at 11. I thought the clean up should have started at 11 and no one should be removing food or cleaning up while people were eating and conversing. I strongly encourage management to observe this process and think over the clean up in a packed lobby on Saturday morning. Having a packed lobby with a hotel at its capacity, I would have hoped that the staff and management would have appreciated this and offered better service.

The property was clean, the room spacious, bathroom very nice. The beds were comfy and the pillows nice. Daily breakfast was a plus but monotonous, the same things every day. The parking situation was horrible. We had to park in the library up the road, same price with a much longer hike. We were there for a wedding and the parking situation caused us to have to use a taxi. Unacceptable.

Amazingly centrally located. Great quality, spacious rooms with all amenities (except parking, which they offer, but is limited). Breakfast was above average for typical hotel breakfasts. Additionally, the place was spotless, from the gym down to the microwave in the lobby

Good location. The buffet breakfast was okay and convenient. You can do your own laundry in the laundry room near the front desk. Which is a bonus because you don’t need to pack a ton of clothes for your trip. It also is very close to IGA, Dollarama and shoppers drug mart. You only need to walk 15 minutes to the Old Port, St. Paul Street and around 20 minutes to Chinatown, etc.
