If you are looking for a shelter, this is a great spot! I got the room for 4 people that has 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds, which was ok. But, the size of the room was beyond awful. Tv was probably from 20 years ago, couldnt watch nothing with the kids. It is very small and unsafe for kids. I asked front desk to give me anything else but they refused without giving any solution. The service and cleanliness was really good. But overall it is not worth it to pay $220 plus $35. One good thing is it is a walking distance to old montreal.

We think we left something in room and have spoke to a couple of folks and recieved no help. I have also emailed and did not get response. We are not asking for it to be sent to us just confirmation it was found. The staff besides this were fine.

Very clean. I appreciated the Nespresso in our room. The room was small but we mainly used it to sleep and get ready so it was perfect for us. Breakfast offered wasn't high end by any means but it satisfied my hunger
