The Bohemian is one of our warmest apartments. If you are looking for a colorful bohemian atmosphere for your stay in Montreal, you will absolutely love le Bohemian !

Please note that the two bedrooms are located on the floor above (a staircase leads from the living room to the bedrooms). This allows more privacy, but also to enjoy the common areas without disturbing the sleepers.

All our apartments can be reserved instantly and include a customer support team available to answer your questions. Each of our apartments is equipped with linens and towels, high-speed wireless Internet, television, air conditioning, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

→ 1st floor (The first floor of the building is one level above street level - must climb stairs. No elevator in building, staircase in the apartment)

Located in the heart of downtown, it is very easy to get around in our neighborhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The closest metro station to our building is Sherbrooke station - orange line (3 mins walk). We are also very close to the Berri-UQAM station - orange, green and yellow line (11 mins walk) which is very useful, as it allows you to take three different metro lines. In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.) and we are next to the Berri Bus Station, Montreal's main bus station (7 mins walk).

Finally, there is also a bike path on a good part of Saint-Denis street, which makes biking very pleasant. Not to mention that there is a BIXI station (bike rental) located at Square St-Louis which is located at the corner of the street of our building (1 min walk).

- A security deposit of $200 will be charged to your credit card at the start of your stay and will be fully refunded after inspection at the end of your stay.

- Please note that Unique Stays uses a 3rd party (STRIPE) to process all online payments. The Stripe processing fee is 2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30 . When a reservation is eligible for a full refund, Unique Stays will reimburse the total amount MINUS the STRIPE processing fee (2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30) as these processing fees are not reimbursed to us.
