Beautiful country house "Tegliaia", 400 m a.s.l., detached. 5 km from the centre of Montevarchi, 45 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: property, swimming pool fenced (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, arbour (20 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
