NUNCA ME HABIA PASADO QUE LLEGANDO A EL HOTEL NO ME TOMARAN EN CUENTA LA RESRVACION CON LA CONDICIONES QUE SOLICITE , me dijo el encargado que siempre tiene problemas con ustedes y que en caso de darme la habitación seria en nivel mas bajo y sin el desayuno..Le comente que hablaría con ustedes que me diera 5 minutos .. el caso es que nunca me contestaron ustedes para darme una solución a mi reservación 8004015531802, y me regreso a los 5 minutos a tomar la habitación , me informa el recepcionista que ya no tenia ninguna habitación disponible , fue frustrante ya que no había disponibilidad en los hoteles cercanos . les pido de favor hablen con sus afiliados ..

BUENAS INSTALACIONES, MUY MAL SERVICIO NO WIFI

Desde el incio un desastre..La recepcionista, una señora joven madura, bastante incompetente, ni siquiera sabia que era hoteles.com Tuvimos que esperar que hoteles.com le llamara y aun asi no queria darnos la habitacion.. Hasta que el gerente general lo autorizo pudieron darnosla..La habitacion en general buena y aceptable,pero sin red de internet.. Hoy en dia es imprescindible el servicio de internet, llamamos a recepcion y nunca nadie pudo darnos una respuesta.. La habitación esta comoda y el hotel bien ubicado, pero al no contar con internet y no tener una atencion respetuosa en recepcion, lograron que jamas vuelva ni los recomiende..

Increíble por tan bello y amable, MONTERREY.

Muy agradable el hotel, y el personal, siempre dispuesto a darte información sobre lo que podías conocer. El hotel aunque es pequeño pero muy confortable, está situado en el centro de la ciudad y eso hizo muy fácil el poder desplazarnos a diferentes puntos de interés. Realmente lo recomiendo, pues además resultó muy económico. Gracias EXPEDIA por tu apoyo.
