Tuscan Holiday

As a family we had a most memorable Holiday. Angela our host was just so accommodating and made us very welcome and even fed us on the Thursday before we left. The property was clean and functional, and we soon realised that the property lacked some basic amenities, like washing machine, microwave but we soon got used to it. Air conditioning would have been nice as the night time temperature did not go below 25c. The pool was an absolute god send at daytime temperatures hit 37c and was cleaned every day. All in all we loved it. So far away from people and the crowds. at one with nature and just a bellissimo countryside. We are already planning to come back to this place when we next visit Italy.

Vor allem Nachts vorbeifahrende Autos leider sehr laut zu hören. Sonst sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt! Restaurant il chiari ggü empfehlenswert.

War alles soweit in Ordnung und gut

Ein schönes und großes ausreichendes Objekt. Etwas störend ist die vor dem Objekt vorbeiführende Landstraße (Lärmbelästigung). Am Beginn funktionierte die Kaffeemaschine nicht, Netzstecker war nicht angesteckt. Es musste dazu erst ein Schrank gerückt werden.

La casa è stata funzionale per la nostra vacanza di famiglia. La casa In generale pulita, a parte qualche ragnatela qua e là che avrebbe potuto essere tolta. La doccia va "costruita" all'interno dei bagni con dei pannelli mobili. Molto naive, ma funzionale. Gli arredamenti sono in mobili marroni vecchio stile. Ok per chi ha bisogno di un appoggio. Sconsigliato per una coppia che ha voglia di una vacanza romantica e di lusso. Le foto grandangolari falsano la reale grandezza degli spazi. Lo spazio esterno molto fruibile, con un bel giardino dove nostro figlio ha corso con piacere. Piscina ottima anche se non l'abbiamo sfruttata. La struttura è a ridosso di una strada statale, ma, forse complice il coprifuoco, non era trafficata dopo le 23. Il ristorante di fronte comodo e i piatti molto buoni (e un bel giardino per i bimbi). Per riassumere, struttura ottima come posizione e spazi esterni, un pochino meno per le dimensioni e gli arredi.

soleil et chaleur au rendez-vous

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le due chiarine. En ce qui concerne la tranquilité, l'annonce n'est pas très juste, en effet la maison est située en bordure de route très passante surtout que c'était la moisson en cette période d'aout. La nuit impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause de la route. Par contre, très bien située pour découvrir la Toscane et l'Ombrie. Terrain et piscine très bien entretenus. Propriétaire aux petits soins bons petit plats cuisinés par la propriétaire Intérieur vieillot surtout la douche, les joints de la paroi de douche plus étanche.
