Monte Rio Beach and the Russian River are just minutes away for swimming, kayaking, or soaking up the sun.

Inside, you'll find a spacious, light-filled interior with soaring ceilings, vintage wood beams, and designer finishes. The fully stocked kitchen opens to a cozy dining area and living room, all with serene views of the surrounding forest and fruit trees. There are two bedrooms — one in a lofted area — ideal for families, couples, or small groups.

Whether you're enjoying morning coffee on the deck, breaking a sweat in the home gym, or gathering in the game room for ping pong and board games, there's something here for everyone to enjoy.
