The villa is situated just 100 metres from the beautiful Playa Cristal, one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada. Just 200 metres away, you will find the charming centre of Miami Playa, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants and entertainment. You will also be just 10 km from the picturesque town of Cambrils, famous for its port and gastronomic offer.

The villa has a private garden, perfect for relaxing, as well as outdoor furniture, a fenced plot that guarantees your privacy, and a large 20 m² terrace equipped with a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. The interior of the villa is equally attractive, with a fireplace creating a warm and cosy atmosphere, and air conditioning in the living room to keep you cool during the summer.

Es war sehr schön. Sehr ruhige Lage. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Sommerurlaub 2023 in der Villa Gregal

Ein niedliches sehr großzügiges Haus, das fussläufig am Meer/Strand liegt und hier und da modernisiert werden könnte. Es ist aber Speziell (intakte) Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären schon einmal gut und eine Spülmaschine noch wünschenswert. Der Kontakt zu den deutschsprachigen Vermietungsagentur war super! Liebe Grüße an Maria der Carmen … Ein kleiner Hinweis zu Miami Platja: Sehr schöne Strände, die jedoch nicht für Nichtschwimmer (Kleinkinder) besonders gut geeignet sind, da sie stark abfallen … nach 3-4 Metern kann man halt nicht mehr stehen. Toll ist dass man viele Wassersportarten durchführen kann. :-)

Ein sehr schönes Haus, in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Küche sollte vielleicht erneuert werden aber es hat alles funktioniert. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, würden jedem empfehlen.
