The holiday home "Roder am Eifelsteig" is located in the district of Mützenich, in the immediate vicinity of the Eifelsteig and the "Ravel Route" (hiking and cycling path).
Modern furnished semi-detached house (approx. 85 m²) with a separate entrance and a small garden area that can be used for relaxing and grilling.
There are three bedrooms: two with a double bed each and another room with two single beds (connecting room to one of the two double rooms).
The modern bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and sink.
The large kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The also large living-dining room borders the kitchen.
In addition, various play equipment (trampoline, slide, kettcar, etc.) provide lots of fun for our little visitors. There is also a playground approx. 150 m from the house and marveling at donkeys and sheep doesn't just make the kids smile.

Het huis is een uitvalsplaats voor mooie wandelingen langs beekjes en met mooie uitzichten.Er is voldoende ruimte, alles is aanwezig.De bedden waren hard: lattenbodems met een dunne matras, waardoor je iedere lat voelde.Op de site staat niet vermeld dat er kosten zijn verbonden aan het meenemen van een hond.

Ruim huis met veel privacy
Alles prima, behalve het internet. Dat haperde. En de warmwatervoorziening in de keuken. Die deed het niet. Maar behalve dat was het een prima huis. Schoon. Fijne bedden. Alles wat je nodig zou kynnen hebben aanwezig, en erg mooie omgeving voor wandelingen.

In die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch gut
Wir hatten das Objekt mit vier Erwachsenen vom 18.8.-28.8.2020 angemietet. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Das Objekt ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Hunde sind willkommen und haben hinter dem Haus eine riesen Wiese zum rumtollen. Die Vermieter und Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich, und machen es einem somit leicht, wunderschöne Tage in einem schönen Landstrich zu verbringen.

Mützenich
Alles in allem ein guter Urlaub wenn auch relativ kurz. Die Unterkunft war sauber mit leichten Einschränkungen. Die Sauberkeit, die den Mietern obliegt, wird unserer Meinung nach nicht ausreichend geprüft. Der Backofen zum Beispiel war eher nicht zu benutzen. Die Ausstattung war aber gut.
Die Nachbarn waren allesamt freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig, wenn man von der Durchgangsstraße absieht und über das Ruhrtal können wir nur Positives berichten. Tolle Aussichten, abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen.
