Nice appartment with pool

This was a nice appartment hotel. Its a nice komplex, but the furniture is old. It's situated near the trainstation to go to ventimigle. The hotel is high up so a lot of outdoor stairs from the ocean and the trainstation. We enjoyed the private pool and also the private exit to the beach. There is no store nearby, you have to go by bus to buy food. No nearby restaurants that are open late. The vending machine was much appreciated to buy drinks when we arrived late. On hotels.com it says that this hotel has air condition, thats not true. You can rent a portable ac, helped a lot , but it didn't reach the room in the back. The staff was very friendly, nice bakery service, you could order bread for breakfast. It's an appartment so you have to bring toilet paper and dishing soap. We are satisfied with our stay, good value for your money.

Appartement conforme à la description. La location en supplément dun climatiseur est indispensable. Ne convient pas à un couple car pas de lit double. Le parking gratuit situé en sous sol et utilisant un monte charge est nécessaire, le stationnement dans la rue étant difficile. A mon sens, le dos d'ùne à l'entrée du monte charge étroit est cependant cause de difficulté.

Siamo stati in 7 nel residence per 6 notti, struttura molto confortevole, ci siamo divertiti e rilassati molto. Il mare Ăš a 5 minuti a piedi, con accesso ad una spiaggia poco affollata e calma. Super bien situé pour l'atterrissage parapente.

RĂ©sidence de vacances de 3 bĂątiments avec appartements et terrasses de diffĂ©rentes tailles. L'appart. Amandiers n°17 (8 pers. max. si enfants, sinon 6 adultes) a une immense terrasse ensoleillĂ©e avec vue panoramique, tables, chaises et transats. Grand frigo, congĂ©lateur, vaisselle complĂšte mais pas de fond de maison, sauf sel/poivre -> prĂ©voir papier Q, sacs poubelles, produit vaisselle (Ă©vier et machine), produit douche... Coin repas minuscule mais tables en terrasse Salle de lecture-bridge avec large bibliothĂšque. Lit double pas trĂšs grand, "canapĂ©" pas trĂšs confortable. MalgrĂ© les rĂ©novations, le concept a son Ăąge et les meubles sont vraiment conçus pour accumuler la poussiĂšre... Mais cool : vacances !!! Piscine et salle de fitness en descendant vers la plage. Remarque essentielle : le parking (inclus dans le tarif) est accessible par des ascenseurs de petite taille (le coupĂ© 406 que j'avais avant n'aurait pas logĂ©). Un vĂ©hicule style Caddy WW ok mais attention Ă  la hauteur dans le parking car parfois tuyaux au plafond. NB : l'Ă©tage du parking attribuĂ© n'est pas forcĂ©ment le mĂȘme que celui de votre appartement. Le bĂątiment "Amandiers dispose d'une sortie Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur, direction gare et Monaco. Parapente : la navette ne fonctionne pas chaque jour ; vols parfois impossibles TMA (si Open de tennis par ex.).

Leider hat es sehr nach Katzenurin gestunken. Die Balkone waren so verwinkelt das die Nachbarn uns ihren Rauch ins Zimmer gepustet haben. Die KlospĂŒlung war kaputt und lief und rauschte die ganze Zeit und die Betten waren fĂŒr große Menschen viel zu klein.

Pas professionnel du tout !

Communication tres mauvaise. Sur le site il est marquĂ©e draps fournis et lorsque l'on arrive sur place on nous demande de les payer. Ce que je trouve inadmissible et mensonger. Le "directeur" je pense n'a pas aimĂ© ma remarque et je demande a ne pas payer car c'est tout a fait inadmissible. Il ne me fait payer qu'une paire de drap sur deux.et apres bougogne comme si c'etait de ma faute. Demande une garantie de 200€ (comme prĂ©cisĂ© sur le site) la dame commence Ă  rentrer mes informations de carte de credit sur une feuille blanche.... Ă  la vue des clients qui etaient a cĂŽtĂ© de moi. J'ai demandĂ© si elle pouvait faire autrement : " oui si ca vous 'chagrine' " ! Lit pas confortable du tout. Le seul point positif Ă  Ă©tĂ© la jolie vue sur la mer ! Je suis membre gold alors j'en ai essayĂ© des hotels et residences mais celle ci Ă  Ă©tĂ© la plus dĂ©cevante en partie Ă  cause de la mauvaise communication et du travail d'amateur de cette residence.

Expedia offre cet hĂ©bergement avec une mention qu’il y a de la clim ce qui est faux et pour 4 personnes. C’est minuscule et tout est en option mĂȘme la litterie! Il faut payer pour avoir la clim et on nous a expliquĂ© le tout aprĂšs notre premiĂšre nuit sans dormir a plus de 35 degrĂ©s avec 2 jeunes enfants
 Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© pour 3 nuits mais avons dĂ» quitter aprĂšs une seule nuit des le lever du jour tellement c’était inconfortable et exaspĂ©rant. Pas moyen de joindre expedia pour avoir une solution ou un remboursement, pas moyen d’ĂȘtre remboursĂ© sur place puisque le manager nous explique que c’est une rĂ©servation expedia
 un gros gaspillage d’argent et de temps.

Logement un peu vieillot, et la vue mer promise n est pas au rendez vous... Mais emplacement superbe avec accÚs plage tres pratique. Tres bien situé, proche gare pour aller vers l Italie ou Nice facilement. De belles promenades faciles a effectuer le long du bord de mer.Personnel charmant à l exception d'une personne de l entretien tres impoli et désagréable (il se reconnaitra). Une petite cure de rafraichissement des logements, une petite coupe des arbres et ce serait le top. Nous avons passés d agréables moments.

Pour les amateurs de résidences dépassées.

Quelle horreur. Pour bien se rendre compte de l'antipathie de cet Ă©tablissement, il nous a Ă©tĂ© demandĂ© de payer un porte clĂ© d'une de leur clĂ©s qui s'Ă©tait cassĂ© (un truc immonde avec un bout de feuille A4 dedans pour nous indiquer le numĂ©ro de la chambre) en oubliant qu'ils nous demandent de jeter les clĂ©s dans une boĂźte aux lettres ou il a trĂšs bien pu se casser. Bref ils ont osĂ© nous demander 10 euros en Ă©tant extrĂȘmement vĂ©hĂ©ments. En revanche quand on leur a demandĂ© pourquoi le coffre fort ne marchait qu'une fois sur 2, pourquoi la tĂ©lĂ©vision ne fonctionnait plus (freeze et chaĂźnes absentes) des que l'on changeait son orientation et pourquoi la hotte Ă©tait plus encrassĂ©e et grasse qu'une hotte de cuisson McDo qui n'aurait pas ouvert pendant 1 an ... On nous rĂ©pond ah bah il fallait nous le dire avant et pas Ă  la fin du sĂ©jour. Ces personnes ne comprennent rien au sens commercial d'un Ă©tablissement de tourisme. Si vous aimez le parfum de la naphtaline et la chaleur insupportable au niveau des lits superposĂ©s (ou alors dormir constamment avec le ventilo allumĂ© mais bonjour les nuits), les piscines ou pour se poser il faut mettre votre serviette (pas celle de l'Ă©tablissement elle ne sert qu'Ă  vous essuyer le visage ;) ) au sol car pas de transats ... Vous ĂȘtes au bon endroit. Un endroit qui s'est arrĂȘtĂ© en 1996. Ah oui ne demandez pas les Ă©tages infĂ©rieurs de la rĂ©sidence car la vue mer se transformera en vue buisson.

Bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique au golfe bleu. Une trÚs joli vue un établissement trÚs propre et un personnel chaleureux et compétent. De plus la plage à 5 min a pied le top. Seul bémol l ascenseur pour la voiture trop etroit mais le probleme a été réglé en ne prenant que le monte charge de gauche. Je recommande fortement nous reviendrons

Der Ort ist Superb. Die erste Nacht sind wir spĂ€ter gekommen und haben wir ohne Klimaanlage ĂŒbernachtet. Meine Meinung nach war die Information der Klimaanlage nicht so klar. NĂ€chster Tag haben wir die Klimaanlage erhalten. Die Bedingungen der Klimaanlage muss besser erklĂ€rt werden. Der Rest alles war prima un optimal
