While there are many scenic hikes and paths, there's also the Moab Golf Course for you to unwind.

In the home, you'll have a private patio to share a grilled dinner while the dog rolls around in the grass. Inside is an open floorplan with a living room couch to kick back on and watch the game on the flatscreen TV. On a cool desert night, flick on the gas fireplace and tell stories while you stream music on your phone thanks to the WiFi. The well-stocked kitchen will make breakfast, lunch, and dinner a breeze.

When it's time for bed, chose among the three bedrooms. Two have spacious, recently updated queen-size beds, while the third has two twins. A loft has a twin trundle bed. In total, there are accommodations convenient for eight.

If you bring your dog, then please note that there is a pet fee. Additionally, a two-car garage and private washer/dryer will make you feel right at home.

The area beckons with some of the most well-known national parks in the country. Find Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Raft on the world-famous Colorado River. Let the kids play at the Moab Aquatic Center or drive south to Spanish Valley's Ken's Lake for kayaking, swimming, and fishing. COYOTE RUN HOUSE RULES 2021
Welcome to Coyote Run. We hope your visit is enjoyable and peaceful. Please be mindful Coyote Run homes are occupied by both full time home owners and residents, so please be
respectful during your stay. Below are the house rules for our community.
1) NO PARKING is allowed on the community road of Coyote Run due to safety and emergency needs. All vehicles must be parked in driveway. Excess vehicles can be parked in the limited pull off areas on East Bench Road or off-site at storage lots. Campers, tents and trailers are not allowed in resident driveways or garages.
2) ATV’s/UTV’s, TRAILERS are not allowed in the Coyote Run community which includes residential street, driveways and garages in order to abide by community policies and noise pollution ordinances. There are a variety of off-site storage establishments to park your recreation vehicles during your stay.
3) NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Recreational engines, outdoor music and socializing must be kept at low noise levels. Extended idling periods, engine revving is not allowed.
4) EARLY/LATE DEPARTURES: In case of early/ departures, please be mindful of residents within the community and be quiet while loading vehicles or talking outside.
5) PETS: We welcome pets, however, please keep pets within your property boundary and clean up after your pet. Grand County leash law is in effect in the area.
6) NIGHT SKY: We value the night sky for incredible star gazing year-round. Please turn off all exterior lights before 10:00 PM.
7) GARBAGE BINS: Garbage collection is on Thursdays. All garbage bins must be returned to garage area after collection due to wildlife and litter concerns.
8) VIOLATIONS will result in towing and/or fine of $500 to your residence and will be collected by the rental company or home owner. THANK YOU!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Poor description of amenities
Overall, house was clean. Some minor issues with bed linens, towels, etc. But, the big issue was the TV's in all rooms would turn on at all hours of the day. And the TV's were in SD, very small and cheap. Just don't have them in the bedrooms, they were smaller than PC screens, completely useless. Door to garage was incredibly difficult to lock. Only one set of keys would work on both garage and front doors. The other set of keys were garage only. The top lock box wouldn't accept the access code. And kitchen was poorly outfitted with a lack of items such as scissors, tea kettle, decent knives, tupperware, etc. Great location and great weather made up for the lack of amenities.

Beautiful home. Very quiet on the golf course. Would loved the windows to have been cleaner to see the views, thats ok the patio area was perfect. A few maintenance things that others noted in reviews, entry to garage door needs repair, coffee pot wasnt clean, this was reason for the 4 star review but definitely would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Great place to stay. Location is ideal. House needs a good deep cleaning. The drain in the furnace room needed a bucket of water to seal the drain goose neck and stop the sewer gas smell. Carpets are old, worn and need replacing. Garage door is out of square with the frame. Needs to be repaired. Would be easy for someone to twist off the key while trying to lock it. Kitchen utensils are limited, need a spatula. Very few hangers in the closets. Towels, linens and such are great. We would stay again, just worn and dated.

Nice property in quiet cul-de-sac. Great location for all things Moab and EJS. We would recommend larger beds and softer mattresses in 2 bedrooms. And replace the carpets. They were clean, just very dated in comparison to the rest of the property.

Great Location, Short on Supplies
The location and the house itself were great! But the house could have been a little cleaner: cobwebs and dog hair in corners, I didn't see it at first, but we saw a few more cobwebs/hair as our stay progressed. The Garage door didn't lock, the fan on the fireplace didn't work, and the dishwasher was very loud, those were minor inconveniences. There were limited cooking utensils and pots and pans (very limited- no big pans, and no spatulas), and there weren't enough dishes (plates, silverware) for how many people the place slept. There was mold in the upstairs bathtub and the master shower. We aren't likely to stay there again. Like I said, overall it is a great location and house, they just need to spend a few hundred bucks to buy more kitchen supplies, make sure they bleach the bathrooms, and not skip on the high-dusting.
