Great stay!

This was a lovely property in a great location. We love the beach access, pool, and beach bar. The unit was modern, nicely furnished and very clean. We had a wonderful stay and will be coming back.

relaxing vacation at a beautiful condo!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week. The condo was fantastic, clean, and comfortable with some nice updates throughout. Beautiful view of the gulf and only takes a quick minute to cross over to the beautiful beach in Miramar. Perfect location too, good restaurants close by and the one onsite at Surfside has excellent food. Thanks for a great stay, and look forward to coming back!!

Fabulous Location, Stunning Views

Accommodations were spacious with comfortable beds. Bunks in hallway were appreciated. Property is older but very well maintained. Across the street from beach but nothing blocming fabulous views.

Great stay :)

We really enjoyed our vacation at this property. The view was awesome and the accommodations were very nice. Surfside Resort is an older property, which could use some TLC, but the accommodations included with the resort were excellent. The unit was just as pictured, and did I mention the view? Overall I was very happy with our trip and would definitely consider staying at this property/unit again.

Truly enjoyed our stay! Great view of the gulf and pool from balcony. Easy access to the pool. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Many good restaurants on the beach nearby. Plenty of space for my family--2 adults and 3 kids. Loved it!

First family vacation good overall

The condo was nice not as clean as it should have been, trash under the master bed, carpet in the master bedroom was dirty, a dirty hand towel behind the other bed (that I left there)

Great place!!

We can't say enough good things about Lisa and her condo! This was our second summer coming down, and we had the best time. Lisa is always very nice and quick to respond to any questions. The location is perfect. Lots to do around the area. We took our 3yr old on a dolphin cruise with AJ's Adventures, and had the best time! Condo is always clean and the balcony is just gorgeous. We spent most of our evenings out there enjoying the beautiful views. We can't wait to return next summer!

Nice unit

Unit was just as listed, very happy with everything. Pool was a little smaller than we expected but we made it work. Building and grounds could use a little updating but did look like that was being addressed while we were there. Would stay at this resort again and would stay in this unit again if available.

Beautiful and so relaxing!

Our family absolutely loved this amazing condo! It was beautifully furnished and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and the master bath was so spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking and we could not have been happier! The pool was so nice and loved the private beach access! We had no problem getting our two beach chairs, and make sure you get out there before 7 to get front row, we did every day :) I would definitely give this more than five stars if I could!

Beautiful view with updated features!

Lisa was a joy to work with, very quick to respond and the informational packet she sent a week before our trip had everything we needed included. The condo was updated, very clean, and very spacious. She had everything we needed for cooking, storage space, etc. also the beds were very comfortable to sleep on, we loved the addition of the memory foam top on the bed. The light up vanities in the bathroom were perfect for any late night trips to the potty because it eliminated the fumbling around for a light switch in the dark! You can tell there is a lot of thought and care put into the upkeep of the condo. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful well maintained condo & property!

I like to start by saying, it's been on a very rare occasion that I've left a review for somewhere I've stayed or eaten, my schedule is way too busy. But I will say, after staying here at the Surfside Sister's condo more than once, it compels me to leave a positive review. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Condo. It's always well maintained, clean, and up to date!! Lisa has consistently made it easy to rent from her, and we have been staying at the Surfside Sister's properties for a number of years. The location of the condo is perfect and the view, which you can see from the photo, is amazing! The property is located close to shopping, grocery store, great restaurants (excellent food, sushi, & view at the Royal Palms restaurant onsite), and a beautiful section of beach in the Destin area. My wife and I love it here, and we will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

House Keeping

The property needs some tlc and refreshing. The carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced. Looked like a bleach spot on the master bedroom sham. Spare bedroom had a huge wine spot on the white blanket. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher. Earring left on night stand, fake fingernails on the living room floor. Washing machine door is very loud when you open it. Master bathroom toilet barely flushes. The master bathroom outlet kept tripping with only the blow dryer plugged in. There was no toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or a dish tablet in the condo when we arrived. Had to call property management as soon as we walked in the door. I would not return to this unit.

Great view and location! Many venues to walk to. Very nice place, super easy beach access. The deck was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The only small negatives were the elevators took to long. Need more than two in use in the busy summer months - so we took the stairs several times. Not to big of a deal though. The other thing was when we tried to get beach umbrella/chairs in the early am (before my husband could even open his wallet) we were told first come, first serve even though we brought our letter and gave Lisa's name. Not sure what that was about. We realize these guys work hard and its very busy but ..... So get to the beach anytime after 7:00 am to mark your chairs, it fills up fast and you end up with the second row... We have been coming to Destin for the last 15 years once or twice a year. Maybe its the timing, but we have never seen the small blue jellyfish that washed ashore - that was neat and different! :) We think you will enjoy your stay here, nice pool and cabana bar!

What a beautiful condo! Everything you need plus great view of gulf and the pool area! Beds were really comfy. Loved the Cabana Cafe that is located in Ariel Dunes next door. Entertainment each night and great pizza! Grandson saw Dolphins, turtles and jellyfish. So relaxing to see sunrise each morning on the balcony.

Beautiful condo and great location. Check in portal not working and had a few communication issues. Would be nice to receive emails and information prior to day of arrival in case of email and internet issues.

Great stay

Overall great stay. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to beach. The only hiccups were that we did not receive the renters agreement before arriving and surfside did not have our reservation from RealJoy. This was fixed fairly quickly. Upon arrival a barn door was broken and the glass top of the coffee table was also broken and we found about 10 shards of glass throughout the week which was scary with kids. They came to fix the door about 24 hours later and within the day to get the glass table top. So, quick turnaround which was nice. The unit was beautiful and beds very comfy!

Exceptional condo. Very clean and updated. Awesome views of the Gulf. Large patio. Very comfortable bedding. TVs we very high quality. Overall very nice condo, resort property, and location. Highly recommended.

AMAZING!

My friends all raved at how clean our unit was compared to theirs! So the cleaning people are amazing! The unit was perfect sized, had everything we needed. The showers are sooo powerful - but hurts when you have a sunburn LOL the AC was perfect - and didn't need to be super low to cool off the unit. The guest room that faces the sun - was hotter but they had fans in the closet and we used em. Just keep those blinds closed! Plenty of pantry space and ease of cooking! Plenty of towels, for showers and wash cloths and hand towels - the washer and dryer were key! We hope to visit again next year! Thanks so much Lisa - we had a great time! The Dillon Family
