The house sits in a small gated community. The parking is not ideal. Very crowded if you have multiple families staying with you or around you. Thankfully we only had our passenger van. The house is located right on the beach as described. It’s a very short private walk which is wonderful. The beach chairs were set up and taken down every day so that was a huge plus. Great location and the beaches weren’t overcrowded. The views were beautiful. The sunsets were beautiful but you had to go to the top floor private balcony to fully enjoy them bc the balcony right off the main dining/living was obstructed by the gazebo entrance to the beach that’s a house over. The house overall is very nice and has everything you need to cook. We requested for the pool to be heated and were notified 30 mins before our arrival (Saturday) that it was not working but that they would have someone out to fix it. We know things like this can happen so we were trying to be patient. After checking daily on the status, finally on Wednesday the property manager called me personally and said he called the pool guy and told him do whatever you need to do to get it fixed so it was fixed that day. We really appreciated that and they did not charge me. The outdoor fireplace did not work while we were there but the grill was really nice. The grocery store is within walking distance or riding a bike if you prefer.
