Luau at Sandestin is a striking high-rise condominium situated just steps away from the pristine Gulf of Mexico. Exterior Renovations in Progress! A phased exterior project is underway at the Luau building, with work actively taking place in select areas. You may notice equipment staged around the building, and there’s potential for construction noise and your balcony may be closed during your stay.
