I stayed one night with my family on a quick trip for an interview in Minneapolis. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The dining setting is amazing, and the dinner was 10/10. I would definitely stay here again.

It felt like a nice hotel until we got to the room which was just OK, except the bathroom was rather disappointing. The curved shower curtain rod was installed improperly or worn out and leaning down such that the shower curtain kept falling towards the center allowing water to easily escape the shower on the sides. The showerhead had lots of buildup and had clearly not been cleaned recently; it also sprayed hard and remarkably wide, which exacerbated the aforementioned problem with the curtain rod. The toilet bowl was stained. It would have felt on par with peers if the complementary internet service was capable of basic streaming capabilities, but it was really quite weak and I ended up falling back to the Netflix service provided through the Hotel's TV interface.

Stayed in a King. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Had buffet breakfast which was good; lots of options and lovely dining area. Service was lack luster. Only downside of our experience. We would definitely return.
