The staff was very understanding as we were going through a time of bereavement. They graciously adjusted our hotel stay and allowed us to gather together in the dining area. I truly appreciate how sensitive and accommodating they were to our needs during such a difficult time.

Staff provided a shower chair with back rest. Came to throw out a poopy diaper. Worked the pool lift. Excellent food. Then the highest service, i left important medicine in the room refrigerator, staff moved it to employee frig so i could return the next day to pick it up. Amazing
