I did not have breakfast on property. The hot tub was broken but was only notified at check in, that was a bummer. I was unable to get water warm enough to take a shower on Sunday around ten am, I’ve never experienced that at a hotel before. I was able to shower without issue the day before. Room was warm and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect for visiting friends in the area.

Paid for breakfast for both mornings. I should have asked about breakfast hours upon check in. Did not see any signs, was not told hours. Saw on breakfast voucher that breakfast was in hotel restaurant so assumed it would run later. Went down for breakfast at 10am and was told that breakfast ended at 9am. Did go down for second morning buffet breakfast. Food was ok. Many of the offerings were empty when we came (an hour before breakfast ended) Offerings were eventually refilled. .

The room was clean and nice but when we got ready for bed at the end of a long day, found the remote control was missing, no where to be found. Called down to desk and call would not go through. After getting dressed again to go down to the lobby, the front desk personel happened to be on our floor and she did take care of it and delivered a remote to our room, which i believe came from the room next door. She was very nice and friendly. Also, I think breakfast should be included w/stay. this is such a nice benefit and helpful when you are traveling and staying in a hotel. I assumed it was included and very disappointed that it was not.
