I got two free drinks the staff kind & polite because took care of my over drafted payment, the staff kindly fixed 3 payments which I didn't pay, I did pay $450.00 , the gentleman kindly said those payments put back into account by this week

The staff was very friendly, polite, and very helpful. The IHOP had good food and great staff( its accessible from the hotel) The bottom of the bathroom door looked like it had suffered extreme water damage there was scuff marks on some of the furniture. The hot tub was out of service and looked like it had been for awhile. Overall a good experience.

No hot tub,

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hot tub is closed until further notice due to some irresponsible parents letting their young child(ren) shove objects into the jet holes. One person ruins it for everyone 🙄. Got up to our room and it was 56 degrees according to the thermostat. Lots of water spots and calcium buildup on the bathroom sink faucet, and shower fixtures and shower head.

Little things that were frustrating…

We stayed 4 nights. Room suite was amazing in size. However, I had to call multiple times for room service (room service was unaware of our calls to front desk). Our room was not fully prepared when we arrived (soap, shampoo, coffee, cups, Kleenex etc). No coffee (they ran out of regular). And we had to wait for the GM to arrive to get change to do laundry. Just the principle of it all that was frustrating.

One night stay

Room was right by the elevator…so could hear it ding, and people coming in and out. Bathroom tub was not cleaned good and smelled like a sweaty gym sock. I had to clean the wall by the full length mirror because it had something spilt on it. The body wash was empty however hand soap was filled. Remote for tv worked sometimes. Bed was clean and comfy and liked that could control the ac through wall mount.

We had a beautiful room on the second floor overlooking the pool/ atrium. Unfortunately there was a party room below us and a very large family reunion. The noise was quite loud until 11 pm. The bathroom floor needed a little love, everything else was top notch. Staff were AMAZING and very friendly!!!
